Welcome to WestJet Virtual! Before completing your registration, please read and agree to the following rules:
1. **Minimum Age Requirement**
All applicants must be at least 16 years of age to join WestJet Virtual.
2. **Supported Flight Simulators**
We support Microsoft Flight Simulator (MSFS), X-Plane, Prepar3D, and FSX. Flights must be logged using VMSACARS or SmartCARS 3.
3. **One Account Policy**
Only one account is allowed per person. Duplicate or shared accounts are not permitted.
4. **Transfer Hours**
We accept verified transfer hours from other virtual airlines. Please follow the instructions provided during registration.
5. **Pilot Conduct**
All members must act respectfully and professionally within our website, ACARS systems, and Discord server.
6. **Initial Flight Requirement**
Your first flight must be completed within 14 days of being accepted into the VA.
7. **Fly Freely**
We believe in flexible flying. Pilots may fly what they want, when they want, and where they want, as long as flights are logged accurately and honestly.
8. **Accurate Information**
You must provide truthful and accurate information during registration. False or misleading data may result in denial or removal.
9. Community Rules : Compliance
By registering, you agree to follow all WestJet Virtual rules, policies, and community guidelines posted on our platforms.
